Credit Card Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Refund Policy

As confirmation for the requested contract rental agreement with Orbit Event Rentals, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due and the balance will be due 1 week prior to the event. 

If the event is within 7 days of the contract date, the total balance due will be charged upon receipt of the authorized credit card.

Orbit Event Rentals is also authorized to charge the provided credit card for any additional purchases, add on contracts, restocking fees, cleaning fees, service fees and replacement or late return charges for the requested contract hereby placed by me or my authorized agent(s).

If the event location and contract name is not the same as the Cardholder, the Cardholder warrants and guarantees payment for the rentals and services requested on the contract. The Cardholder agrees not to dispute any charges to the credit card except in the case of fraud or defective merchandise, where immediate notification of such defect is made, at time of receipt.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancellation 7 or more days prior to delivery/will call date = 75% refund of total amount paid. Cancellation 1 to 6 days prior to delivery/will call date = 50% refund of total amount paid.

Cancellation on the day of delivery/will call = NO REFUND
